Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item(s) purchased from our web store, please complete the Return Form online. If you are in NZ, attach the Return Label sent with your original order, on the package to be returned and contact NZ Courier for collection. We are unable to book collection on your behalf. Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not offer free return labels on orders outside NZ. In that case, fill out the Return Form, and send the order back to our NZ Warehouse address, as per the information provided on Return Form page.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards, or items that don't comply with our Return Policy. If you are unsure if you can return an item for a refund, please e-mail eshop@verge.co.nz prior to sending your return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll automatically refund / or issue a Store Credit under your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
