We ship to New Zealand, Australia, United States, Ireland, Hong Kong, Canada, Netherlands and United Kingdom only*.

No PO BOX delivery - please enter a physical delivery address at checkout.

Your order uses 'Signature Required' posting, please make sure you follow the tracking information for dates and times of delivery.

New Zealand - Express Delivery - 2 to 4 Business Days - No PO BOX - Free express shipping on orders over $150.00

Australia - Express delivery - 4 to 8 business days - no PO BOX - $25 Flat rate applies.

International Shipping (USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Ireland and United Kingdom) - Express Delivery - 4 to 8 Business Days - Free Shipping on orders over NZ$300 or $27 Flat Fee on Orders under $300.00

There is no return and exchange for sale items. All Sale are final. Please choose carefully.


*Above delivery times are approximate. We ship our orders from Monday to Friday, within 2 business days from the purchase date. Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not considered business days.

Please note a signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver, the courier should leave instructions for pick up or rearrange delivery via the contact information you have provided when placing the order.


Orders placed for delivery to the United States of America, Canada and United Kingdom may be subject to additional duties and taxes from local Customs authority, which must be paid by the recipient. Contact your local Customs Office for more details on import taxes prior to purchase.

In the event you refuse paying Customs Fees to release your parcel and it returns to sender, we will not refund shipping costs, once we receive the parcel in its original conditions, even when we have not charged for shipping at time of purchase.

For New Zealand orders price is inclusive of GST.

For Australia orders the price is inclusive of GST.


The shipping information and order history will be under your account's information page, however if you have not created an account the following options are available:

1. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email, which will take you to an online tracking portal, from the courier page

2. By contacting a customer services representative on


Due to item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked following the link provided via e-mail or by signing in to your account.


We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.


We reserve the right to cancel orders when: items are out of stock, our fraud system is triggered during checkout or if a product or price is incorrectly listed. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. For any questions about a cancelled order, please contact us on . Once the order is cancelled we will automatically refund your account. Please allow 2 to 4 days to receive the refund. This is out of our control and refund time depend on payment provider.


In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is out of stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled and you will not be charged for that item. Our customer services team would be happy to advise on an alternative item.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations

For New Zealand returns, please use the provided label and have NZ Courier pick up the return package. You must hand your return package to NZ Courier. Please do not hand it to NZ Post, or leave it outside for pick up. We take no responsibility for lost packages left for pick up or handed to NZ Post.

VERGE is dedicated to providing quality products and services to our customers. We are confident you will like what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right please let us know.

VERGE trades under the regulation of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and therefore we will repair, exchange or refund the original purchase price of any faulty or damaged goods that have been purchased online through where the fault and damage is articulated within 5 days of receipt of the order.

Returns and exchanges can be accepted within 30 days from purchase. Refund and exchange will only be accepted when item is unused and in original conditions including all tags and original packaging, no exceptions.

To return an item(s) purchased from our web store, please fill out the Return Form online. If you are in NZ, attach the Return Label sent with your original order, on the package to be returned and contact NZ Courier for collection. We are unable to book collection on your behalf. Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not offer free return label on orders outside NZ. In that case, fill out the Return Form, and send the order back to our NZ Warehouse address, as per information provided on Return Form page.
