  • Sale Items: We no longer offer refunds on sale items. Returns for sale items will be issued as store credit only.

We currently ship to the following countries:
New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Ireland, Hong Kong, Canada, Netherlands, Dubai, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.

If the country you would like your order shipped to is not listed, please contact us at eshop@verge.co.nz for more information.

No PO Box Delivery: Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery. Be sure to follow the tracking information for specific delivery dates and times.

Delivery times are approximate and exclude weekends and public holidays. We ship from Monday to Friday, within 2 business days of the purchase date.


TAXES & DUTIES

Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, and Europe may be subject to additional duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more details on import taxes before purchasing.

If you refuse to pay the required customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will not refund shipping costs. The item will be refunded once it is received in its original condition.

For New Zealand and Australia orders, the price is inclusive of GST.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Some Items May Ship Separately:
Due to availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which can be tracked via the link provided via email or by signing in to your account.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
We do not currently offer the option to ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Order Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock, if our fraud detection system is triggered, or if a product or price is incorrectly listed. You will be notified as soon as possible if your order is cancelled, and your account will be refunded automatically. Please allow 2 to 4 days to receive your refund, depending on your payment provider.

Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item is out of stock, it may not appear on the site or will be marked as unavailable on the product page. In cases of inventory fluctuation, if you’ve ordered an item that’s no longer in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible, and that item will be canceled. You will not be charged for the out-of-stock item, and our customer service team can assist with recommending alternatives.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At VERGE, we strive to provide quality products and services. If something isn’t right, please let us know.

We trade under the regulation of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which ensures we will repair, exchange, or refund the original purchase price of any faulty or damaged goods purchased online through Verge.co.nz, provided the fault or damage is reported within 5 days of receipt.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. No exceptions.

To request a return, log in to your account and click on the order you wish to return or fill out the Return Form online.

Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed once received.


RETURNS BY REGION:

New Zealand Orders:

  • Full-Price Items: We offer complimentary return tickets for full-price items. Please fill out the return form before sending the item back.
  • Sale Items: We do not offer refunds or complimentary return tickets on sale or archive items. You can return sale items for store credit or an exchange

International Orders:

  • We do not offer complimentary return tickets for international orders. You can return your order for a refund (on full-price items) or store credit (on sale items). There are no exchanges for international orders. Refunds exclude shipping fees.
