*Above delivery times are approximate. We ship our orders from Monday to Friday, within 2 business days from the purchase date. Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered business days.

Please note a signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver, the courier should leave instructions for pick up or rearrange delivery via the contact information you have provided when placing the order.


Orders placed for delivery to the United States of America, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, and Europe may be subject to additional duties and taxes from local Customs authorities, which must be paid by the recipient. Contact your local Customs Office for more details on import taxes prior to purchase.

In the event, you refuse to pay Customs Fees to release your parcel and it returns to the sender, we will not refund shipping costs, once we receive the parcel in its original condition, even when we have not charged for shipping at the time of purchase.

When Duty and Tax Fees are not included or charged at checkout, they must be paid by the customer upon arrival. Duty and Taxes Fees are not included in Shipping Fees.

Due to item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked following the link provided via e-mail or by signing in to your account.


We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses. Please place separate
orders for each shipping address.


We reserve the right to cancel orders when: items are out of stock, our fraud system is triggered during checkout, or a product or price is incorrectly listed. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is cancelled. For any questions about a cancelled order, please contact us at . Once the order is cancelled we will automatically refund your account. Please allow 2 to 4 days to receive the refund. This is out of our control and refund time depends on the payment provider.


In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is out of stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled and you will not be charged for that item. Our customer services team would be happy to advise on an alternative item.

VERGE trades under the regulation of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and therefore we will repair, exchange, or refund the original purchase price of any faulty or damaged goods that have been purchased online through where the fault and damage are articulated within 5 days of receipt of the order.

Returns and exchanges can be accepted within 30 days from purchase. Refund and exchange will only be accepted when the item is unused and in original condition including all tags and original packaging, with no exceptions.

Make sure to fill out the Return Form before sending your return.
Please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed, once received.

Full-price items: We offer complimentary return tickets on full-price items. Please fill out the return form online prior to return.

Sale items: We do not offer complimentary return tickets on sale items. You are welcome to return the order for a refund. There is no exchange on Sale Items as we are unable to secure stock, instead, we can issue a refund and you can place a new order.
