* We reserve the right to deny returns if the goods do not meet our policy terms.
New Zealand
* If you received the Return Label, repack your order, attach the Return Label, and book a pick up.
* A complimentary return ticket won't be provided if you purchase an item on Clearance or Sale.
* We do not refund Sale or Clearance items, but we can exchange the item if available in another size, or issue a store credit.
*Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.
