Important information on returns

I'm in New Zealand. How do I return an order?

* We reserve the right to deny returns if the goods do not meet our policy terms.

New Zealand
* If you received the Return Label, repack your order, attach the Return Label, and book a pick up with NZ Courier.
Please do not hand your complimentary return package to NZ Post.

* A complimentary return ticket won't be provided if you purchase an item on Clearance or Sale.

* We do not exchange Sale Items for New Zealand, but you are welcome to return the order to receive either refund or store credit.

*Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.

Returning an order from overseas

- Orders from Outside New Zealand
* We do not currently exchange overseas orders, but we accept returns for refund or store credit. You are welcome to place a new order to secure the desired item.
