New Zealand
* If you received the Return Label, repack your order, attach the Return Label, and book a pick up with NZ Courier.
* Please do not hand your complimentary return package to NZ Post.
* A complimentary return ticket won't be provided if you purchase an item on Clearance or Sale.
In this case, please return your package to PO PO BOX 11255 Ellerslie, Auckland 1542, to avoid delays.
* We do not exchange Sale Items for New Zealand, but you are welcome to return the order to receive either refund or store credit.
*Please allow up to 5 business days for the return to be processed.

* We do not currently exchange overseas orders, but we accept returns for refund or store credit. You are welcome to place a new order to secure the desired item.
