You can claim your reward once you have 50 points. Every 50 points equals $50. You will get a $50 reward voucher to use on your next purchase. If you have 60 points, you can not claim $60 rewards in increments of $50 only.

Absolutely. If you have earnt over 50 points, you can claim the points when purchasing a full price item at store. 

When you return an order you have earnt loyatly points for, requesting a refund, the loyalty points will be taken out of your account. However, if that is for an exchange, the loyalty points will not be forfeit.

Unfortunately, the loyalty points are not transferable. It must be used under your own account.
